♠ PERSONALITY: Gai is a very happy, energetic, and 'youthful' young man. He gets along with pretty much everyone, and even those who dislike him he still treats with the same kind of respect and friendliness that he would give his closest companions. He loves life, and he makes the most of it because as he is well aware that any day could be the last day of your life.

He can be a little loud at times too, unable to really control his emotions. If he's happy, everybody knows about it. The same goes for when he is angry too. This loose control of emotions gets him into trouble from time to time, but he bounces back incredibly quickly from any real problems he encounters in life. Nothing ever gets him down and if it manages to, he gets over it in a bat of an eye and learns his lesson from it. He's a very eager student, be it in classes, or in life itself.

Plus if there's a party of some sort, Gai can probably be found right in the middle of it.
♥ HISTORY : Gai was born and raised in the countryside of Konoha. The city itself was always a dream of his, worthy of working towards. The young man was the youngest son of his parents, who were proud, happy farm people. He has two older brothers, and a younger sister, all of which have decided to keep out in the farms. Gai however, had very different dreams. It all began when he was only seven years old and the little girl who lived across the lane lost her father in a freak accident. Nobody else seemed capable of getting through to the girl, who had closed off to everybody. Gai, somehow in his seven years of life, managed to get her talking again. He comforted her the only way he could, with a log of hugs and speaking from the heart.

Seeing her smile for the first time in over a month and speak made Gai oddly proud. From then on, Gai was determined to become a life coach. And he was only seven. While other boys wanted to be firemen, astronouts or policemen Gai already had his dream set in stone. But he also had a love of being active, sports, running, and weight lifting; maybe he could become a life coach in a school? And be a gym teacher too? Something that could combine his interests, surely!

Gai worked hard at his schoolwork, for he wasn't the most gifted individual there. The poor boy struggled in most classes but with the help of tutors, and other students, Gai managed to pull through. It was through his hard work that he obtained scholarship into Konoha University, one of the most prestigious schools in his eyes. AND in Konoha! So Gai packed up and moved to Konoha University, settled into his dorm room, and made the most of which life had given him.
